- 6 bananas
- 2 cups coconut milk (Asian section)
- ¼ cup tapioca
- ½ cup sugar
1. Peel and cut bananas into about 30 pieces.
2. Put bananas, coconut milk, and sugar into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
3. Add tapioca and simmer everything for about 20 minutes.
4. Serve hot or refrigerate and serve cold.
