Helping the Homeless
Karen Hardin, 2011
Thirty-minute lesson helps kids begin a discussion about homelessness. In an interactive drama, kids meet Trevor, an eleven-year-old boy who not only serves the homeless, but also rallies others to become involved. This lesson touches on causes of homelessness, our God-given responsibility towards the homeless, and ways that kids can help. The drama script is written for two adults. Includes a Bible verse, discussion, prayer time, and a suggested follow-up project.
