Help your family embrace God’s love for the world. Watch and discuss this video together to learn about the Khamba, an unreached people group living high on the Tibetan plateau in southeastern Tibet and western China. Afterwards, pray that they would come to know Jesus.

Watch Khamba Kids with your family.
Discuss:
- It is always exciting to discover celebrations that might be different from those familiar to your family. Khamba children look forward with great eagerness to the annual horse festival. From the highly anticipated horse competition to the yak races, there is always great joy at this event! Talk with your children about what interests them most about this event. What would be the most fun for them if they were on the open field at the festival? Would it be camping with other families in yak hair tents, playing tug-of-war with friends, or something else?
- The Khamba practice a form of Buddhism. They believe they can earn merit (good points) to influence their future life by actions such as spinning prayer wheels or giving offerings. Talk about how placing their faith in Jesus could set the Khamba free from this way of thinking.
Pray:
- Some Chinese believers live in Tibet. Pray that God will use these believers to tell the Khamba that Jesus is the one true God who will hear and answer their prayers.
- Pray that as Khamba families come to faith in Jesus, they will be bold in sharing their newfound faith at the annual horse festival. What a wonderful celebration that would be!
